Keep crash on iphone 5 iOS 7. Always say "unhandled exception", "range or index out of bounds" at the start. Not even have a chance to get into the app.

I installed a copy into Huawei Nova3e phone. But it crashed every time I opened it. Please test it and fix it.

It opens for a second then disappears. How could you even release such junk to users, don't you even try it yourself first?

I am a customer of Italkbb and use cellular phone to talk with family and friends in China. To use iPhone, I have to manually enter phone number each time. That is not convenient. When I saw Italkbb app, I downloaded it a couple of times. As other reviewers mentioned, it did not work and quit immediately. I deleted it since it was useless. The other day I was at San Gabriel, I saw a Italkbb office. The staff fixed the problem! Here is the trick: after you install Italkbb app, go to settings, then privacy, then contacts, turn on Italkbb. Voila! It works now. I entered numbers of family and friends in China within iPhone contacts, then use Italkbb to make those calls (select China instead of default USA). It will connect a random domestic number, then connect the numbers in China, either home or cellular. It works fine! Due to lack of direction, I gave it 4 stars.

Many thanx for the help from the review. Following the suggestion, i download and open the program, and have the settings set. Able to call without problem. However, i could not add contact info on favorite.
