Program crashes and poor support

I used this program extensively, and was very satisfied until the OS upgrade. Now every time I try and upload dictation to my dropbox the program crashes. If I try to email the dictation to my assistant, the max size is 10mb, which sounds like a lot but is about 4 paragraph letter. I requested tech support and was promised a fix was imminent. Now almost 3 weeks later, radio silence from tech support and no fix.

Solid recording app

Great sound quality, and good sharing options. I'd like to see an option for Evernote added, but Dropbox integration is great. Thanks for updating with a face lift! Been using it for years, nice to know you're still there, four years after I started using the app.

Diminished volume level

After last update. iPhone volume turned to max can barely hear recordings when playing back.

This app has worked well for me for years. Now suddenly any recording I make can barely be heard on playback. Yes, my microphone is on. Fix this please!

New update broke app

Please fix this. There's now no volume through the speaker on playback. App used to work fine! I'd say your latest update was a bust. Doesn't anyone do quality control anymore?

Playback Audio Broken! ?

This was an awesome app until last update! Playback audio plays only thru earpiece. Needs to be fixed! I'm now using "Voice Recorder Pro" until this is fixed.

Speaker playback problem

What good is a recording app if you can't hear what you recorded? I wouldn't care so much but I paid for this and that's a problem.
