Finally an application I have been looking for!!!

bondgirrl

Thank you so much guys for this application it was worth the money!!! I am an avid inline skater for fitness. I have been having difficulty finding a tool to capture my distance, climb, calories etc. There are a bike apps out there, but nothing for inline skating. I was so disappointed until I found you!!! This app makes it into my top 5!! Thank you soooooo much! europa

Great App!

Exactly what I was looking for! GPS tracks distance, speed, top speed, calories burned, etc. Sink information to their website. Global online community. Share your track information and see where others have been as well. Highly recommend, worth every penny!!

Please fix

Ok, I liked the app a lot until you came out with version 5.0. Now the app doesn't open even after rebooting my phone. Sorry about leaving a poor review but I can't find a way to send an email letting you know it's broken.

Broken and still crashing...

inaccurate GPS and Calories measurements

p6x

Pro’s: export to 1-2 sports export track to email one of the few skate app out there Con’s: developpers do not listen to users, no feed-back. GPS is inaccurate Calories count is inaccurate (without hear monitoring) I only give it three stars because to me, it is absolutely inacceptable to not be able to report bugs and get feed-back. No excuse. You can get the same using Vima, and they do take your advice. Narrative: I use several tracking devices to compare one with the other; Vima, iSkate, Polar watch, Timex IronMan Global Trainer. I skate several times a week on the same track, measured at 1.2 miles. The Vima App is the closest to the actual distance. Almost perfect over several distances and a month of attempts. The iSkate App counts less in all situations. The worse is the Timex Global Trainer, but there is an explanation. The GPS on that watch is totally inefficient, and it looses connection along the track, resulting in a totally shorter false distance. The Polar watch does not have GPS, but I use it as the reference for Calories. Heart Rate is monitored by both the Timex and the Polar; The Polar is the most accurate. So, for a three hours skate here are the values: iSkate: 1385 kcal Polar: 2098 kcal Vima: 3733 kcal The Polar is the only that monitors heart rate.

The worst app ever. Can I get my 10$ back? No I can't. Don't buy it.

Works Great!

Wideangle

I wanted an app that would track my movement put it on a map and give me some basic telemetry, and iskate works great!(Even on my old iphone 4S running ios 9.2) It only requires that your device has a gps chip and doesn't use cellular or wifi data to collect information. I would however love a feature that allowed me to download new tracks and get turn by turn directions.

Privacy

Buggin'Betty

Having the only 'Option' for GPS tracking to be 'Always (even when not using the app)' or 'Never' makes what would otherwise be a terrific app a privacy invading POS.

Awesome Skating App!!!

Boulder Skater

I love this skating app! I am a hard core outdoor street skater and the app is so easy to use to track your skates. All standard metrics are tracked including calories consumed. Keep track of your skate via mapping and runtime stats as you go with voice feedback. They do a good job up keeping up to date with IOS. I have been using it a few years now regularly. Fantastic app in my view. 5 stars for sure.

Don't buy until update!
