Cool product, bad app?

Bought the camera to keep an eye on my place while I'm gone. But the app won't let me sign in, unless I'm at home.
Needs Apple Watch App

App works well. Logs in fast. Does not time out every few seconds like my DropCam. Would be five stars if it included an Apple Watch App.
App has a lot of Bugs !

Why did you guys take away the frame total/count from recorded events. You can't tell how long the video is unless you leave the clip and look at the event list..very glitchy. Someone really dropped the ball on this update, please please fix it !!

Holly cow why every update you have to keep logging in this is nit right other camera apps that I own don't don't I repeat don't make you log in after every update you guys need to get your stuff together

This update messed up recorded events! Screen is to wide. WoW! What good is it now till this is fixed. And it still doesn't send mobile notifications. C'mon you guys... I paid for a year of this service! Get it together QUICK!

Downloaded the AP but it not gas a sign in and no sign up. Seriously how can you sign in if you can't sign up?

If I could give a -100 star wise for voting I would. Do not waste your money!!!!!Customer service for the device is non-existing. I still have not received the help in using/installing camera on the app. Worst device ever!!!Bought this camera for security. I can't even used the app to finish the installation for usage of the camera. I fell as if I wasted $60.

Trying to delete the clips is ridiculous. It was the same way just before this most recent update. When you slide them over to show the red trash can, you push to delete and nothing happens. When you press again it just plays the clip. This glitch is frustrating. Also, give me the option to delete a whole day's history or at least multiple clips at once. When I have hundreds of clips of nonsense, I want to be able to clear them out without having to do them one by one. Also I keep getting MASSIVE numbers of 7-8 second clips of nothing. It's cluttering up my clips. I've adjusted the sensitivity but it doesn't help. I've updated the camera recently as well. The camera is also not recording the events accurately like it used to.

Latest iSecurity Firmware update just TRASHED ALL four (4) of my cameras. Contacted support and was told that it impacted more than 800 customers. Cannot believe that a company would release an update without Thorough TESTING on at least s small group of its customers. I've been given a FIX to revert back to previous Firmware but the fix is VERY CUMBERSOME and involved.

The latest firmware upgrade has made my five cameras useless. The non-existent "live" support provided a rollback solution that does not work via email (customer support phone number never picks up) Don't bother with this app and firmware, it will just be a headache
