Most recent firmware update fail

The most Recent firmware update has caused all my cameras to not be able to connect to Wi-Fi please fix this is terrible

Cameras worked great at first. Then app log in issues started. Had to reload app and change pw several times. Each time tech support helps me fix and log in. Now can’t log into app. I can log in to web based site. Ability to access not stable or consistent enough for security use. The Tend app worked well this isecurity+ does not work as well. It is too bad because I like the cameras.
What’s with this app support people???

I’ve had this Kodak V20 security monitor and have sent two emails with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. I’m getting no notifications at all when monitoring, have notifications turned on with no time limits set. Angry no help at all. IS KODAK AWARE OF HOW AWFUL THIS APP IS. Going to call Kodak and let them know....

Use these for baby monitors for people watching out baby and they work great and give a good piece of mind we have two of them in our house and going to get another
It’s ok but not great

Not very user friendly. Whenever I’m going through videos and deleting them it constantly looses where I was and starts at the end or the beginning. When you have 120 videos that’s a major drag. It’s also having some difficulty saving videos and sometimes doesn’t work. It could also use a redesign in my opinion.

This was the perfect pet cam for my setup. It worked as intended until around March 2018. Now there is no 24 hour recording only live feeds. The events tab keeps loading but nothing happens. --update 4/18: Operates as originally intended. Changed rating to 4 stars.
What Happened?

A few days ago there was a change to how events appear in the app. Now it takes several tries to get the events to load for each camera. Otherwise, the app and cameras are OK. UPDATED: Tend, Inc. provided me with a workaround until they can fix the app: "...tapping on the calendar icon and tapping on any date in the list will prompt the app to load the events faster."
