This is by far the best workout app for serious bodybuilders. I will update my review after I complete the 12 week program. So far my strength has increased after completing just week 1 and the first day of week 2.

Was well on my way through the program, and then suddenly stopped by a screen for either a monthly or yearly subscription! Are you kidding me?! Great program don’t get me wrong, but seriously?!
