REALLY...you go to a trusted store (LIKE LOWE’S) to buy that store’s proprietary system (LIKE IRIS) and you buy a trusted product (LIKE SCHLAGE), and they DISCONTINUE the the system ???? Lowe’s has permanently lost my business- and I’m warning EVERYONE ELSE I know about this “cluster ...”! How do they get away with this kind of thing? Yes, the all caps is because I’m screaming in frustration...and there is not one stinking thing I can do about it...

Lowe’s shut down the whole iris system! I thought the app would still work devices, NOPE! I understand Lowe’s not supporting it anymore but CAN’T WE BE ALLOWED TO HAVE HAVE THE APP CONTROL OUR EXISTING DEVICES? ?

This is the worst system ever. The first gen did so much more and worked flawless this new hub is absolutely a piece of crap. I really wonder why a company would release a"2.0" if it does less than "1.0". Lowes just give up. Update 7/31/19 - Finally lowes killed off this terrible product. They at least did the right thing and refunded users for devices that only worked on their system. I would recommend looking at SmartThings as it works so much better!
