WiFi Plug-in Failure

memecat

Yes The latest version is updated, 4 attempts before it loaded the page for my internet +passcode to be connected to& 3 failed attempts pairing the device to my phone. Don’t waste your money on this product back to Lowe’s

Unwanted Logins Required

Mgsxps

I have one camera to watch my front door an it works fine. I’d say that 30-40% of the time when I open my Iris app on my phone I have to re-enter my login info. I’ve had this happen on both my current iPhone as well as my Android phone. On the other hand... my image quality is great when the system cooperates.

Iris hits it’s stride

Lot’s of hard work was delivered a great product!

Locks

time controlled locks needed

System works well. Needs time-regulated deadbolt locks.

Only works half the time

Jasondrapac

Do not buy this product! It is extremely intermittent. Only works half the time. Save your money and get something more reliable. Cheap is cheap quality. I’d suggest spending more on something that works all the time. What use is it if it doesn’t work when you need it to? They don’t seem to care to work out the bugs in their system or they stop supporting older models to the extent that you have to keep upgrading therefore making them more and more money. Get something that’ll last. Don’t waste money on this garbage.

Contrast Hard to Read/No Apple

E.Beagle

(1) Contrast/colors within the app make it difficult to read. If it’s going to use lousy colors/screens it should allow choosing color palate. (2) Does not/Needs to support Apple HomeKit!!! (3) works but very clunky interfaces.

Great

I NEED LANDSCAPE SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I set the system up in one day, 22 devices, all has worked flawlessly so far but its only been two days so time will tell the whole story. At this point the only improvement I'd like to see is landscape view support for the iPad app as I never use it any other way. RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER: Yes I'm aware I can use a web browser and have landscape view but it doesn't function like the app. The app allows Touch ID and a way better experience when doing just about anything, the main function it's missing is landscape view. Thanks
