This app is pretty easy to use. Has several different randomizer tools like flipping a card to rolling a dice. I noticed there was now rating for this app but it helped me for a biology project with numbers.

I can have the minimum value 0! This is a grate app! It even has a mode where you can have random numbers not repeated. It also has a lot of modes!
