Non-repeating random number generator always shows highest value possible last. Ran through 15 times and this was the case EVERY time, despite changes the range from 1-10, 11-20, 1-11, and 11-21. You can increase your range by 1, since you can be confident that it will not select the last number until the end, which is what I did.
