Worked fine the first two weeks I was hired on through a temp agency. Then it quit letting me login in for about a week. Once it started letting me login I couldn’t make changes through my time card. I have to go to the website on a computer. I can’t even go to the website from my phone.

Literally nothing works. You must use their website only. Don’t understand why they would even configure such a useless app if it just does not work at all!!!

For a company that specializes in contractors, it would make sense for them to have a working App so we can easily submit hours remotely.

Trash app. Tells me to put in a numeric value for my hours. Been using for over a year and has been nothing but headaches causing me to miss paychecks. Can’t even use the website on my phone. They should be paying us to use this. If there was a 0 stars option I would’ve used that.

The app lets you login, get through the motions, up until you actually want to use it to save your hours. That’s when the illusion of functionality ends and the hell and frustration begins. • Not being able to save hours Ok let’s save my hours. Nope, you can’t because there’s a field that needs a numerical value. But wait, all the fields are populated....so then it must be some issue. Let me save a draft to finish on my computer. Nope, can’t do that either because, again, there’s a field that needs a numerical value (WHICH ONE)! • No iPhone X or Retina support The iPhone X has been out for a year, and now the entire lineup is buttonless save for the legacy phones and 8s. No excuses, Time to fix your screen ratio! No retina support? Giant type and icons? C’mon...this is just embarrassing.

App simply does not work and it doesn’t seem that the developer wants to ever fix it. If you try to enter your timecard, you’ll just get an error message. Don’t waste your time.

I’m trying to enter my time. I choose “save”. You must enter numerical values.... THEY ARE POPULATED. I enter my time “CONVERSION TO TIMESHEET FAILED”. ? I’m so annoyed! No, I don’t have an iPhone X. And I checked for updates... no updates available. Tried going thru Safari.... that doesn’t work either. I’m not at a place with access to any of laptops. Guess I’m screwed This pay period. ??‍♀️
