The current app has BROKEN code. Cannot complete an expense entry. Your get a cryptic error message and no help or context to resolve the issue. Second, the email for ‘product feedback’ is not valid, so you cannot send feedback to the developer.

cute and sweet
I’m a travel nurse and the hospital I work for currently wants me to use this system. It is not organized or user friendly at all. The actual website isn’t much better. If you fill it out wrong you get a vague email about why and basically have to figure it out for yourself. It’s just a terrible way to log hours.

Can’t even login, and I’ve copied and pasted the same working login, from the website. I see why it has so many 1 star ratings, there’s no option for 0 stars.

The IQN folks are ignoring the fact that the app doesn’t work. I’ve put emails in and “tickets” what’s sad is that even our contract agency is telling me don’t bother that’s how bad it is. As other reviews have stated you will get a error message and that’s it! It doesn’t work! IQN needs to adjust with the times! Fix your app!

This app is literally the worst app I have ever used for anything. It may sound like an exaggeration, but it isn’t. I’ve tried to use it about 3 times since I started my job 3 years ago. It has literally never worked. I can’t create a time card. I get an error message. I can’t edit a time card. I get a different error message. I have tried to create a draft at work and edit the draft on my phone. That doesn’t work either. I get a third error message for that. If I could give this no stars, that’s what I would give this app. If you download this app and you don’t have unlimited data, you’ll be mad that you waited your data. In fact, you’ll probably be mad that you spent time reading about the app and using your data. That’s how bad the app is. To make matters worse, the issues I have now, are the same ones I had 3 years ago. They literally haven’t improved 1 thing in the last 3 years. I hope you read this message in a bottle and I’m wrong, if that is the case, please know that you live in a better world.
Can’t log hours anymore

I think the app needs an overhaul to compensate for the iOS updates. It shouldn’t take that much effort to focus on the design at least. I can’t log in my hours, nothing is different than what I was doing before but I upgraded phones and the most recent iOS and it stopped working. Went from an iPhone SE to 8. The app returns an error message when you try to save the time sheet after updating hours. I believe it says that I haven’t entered any “numeric values” for the time card entry.
Issue with Time Entry

Since the latest update I’ve had an error message populate when trying to save my time through the app. It claims I need to enter at least one numeric value when I’ve entered both date selectors and all other fields are filled out. Error: 10004493 (417)
