I can't go into my album and when i click 'forgot password' it says sth that doesn't work. I can't loose my videos and i just want them asap fix it quickly!!

Can't access my pictures with new password update. Please explain how one changes the method of password without first letting people input a new one?! Booooooooo. Fix it soon!

My phone automatically updates my apps, and they changed the password and I was never prompted to make a new one! I have lost all my important pictures now! Don't download the app so you don't lose your pictures too!!

Update ruined everything and I lost all my pictures!! DONT DOWNLOAD! The app developers deleted all the horrible reviews from people who also lost their files. Use something else! Just shows the don't care about their paying customers!

Ok you fixed it but we were all locked out of our pictures for too long. You have no way for people to contact you and no web site. I ended up trying Photo Vault and it is so much better with more features and a lot of great photo tools. If you wouldn't have forced me to find something I would have continued to use your product.
