still wasnt able to open it after the update for ios 7. im using ipad mini. please do something please. the thing where you type the passcode went all the way to upper right screen. please help. need my files there. do something pls

I can do it!
This app used to be awesome before their password screen changed. Now I cant even access my photos! It tells me to configure my mail address under settings when I press the "forgot password" button- but there is no settings button because you cant get pass the first screen. This is so irritating! My password hasn't changed so why will the app not recognize it or let me pick another. Please fix- I need my photos

The update took away the number code box to get in. Now it's not even in apps! CAN'T GET IN

Before it was ten digit key panel from 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9. But now it it is missing a zero, and I have a zero in my pass code, and can't unlock the app.

With the newest version the app has changed the way it's pass codes are input. It is no longer numerical. The only problem is that it didn't first let me set up a pass code. Now I am locked out of the app. When I go to forgot pass code it tells me I never set up an email and to do so to go into the app and set it up. But I can't get into the app because I don't have a pass code. Very frustrating. Prior to this I was extremely happy with the app. Hopefully I can learn how to unlock it without losing what I had stored.

This new update is terrible and has caused my app to no longer work because I now require a password that it wouldn't let me create. I cannot lose all of my pictures and they need to fix this asap.
