After a few flights it began connecting me automatically to gogo. Really happy with this app.

I can't connect to wifi at all if I have this app installed. Absolutely garbage.

Why does this app use half a gigabyte of storage?!

I was checking why my phone is oddly low on storage, when I discovered that for some reason iPass is the second largest app on my phone. Wait, what?! Clocking in at over 426mb, iPass is second to only Facebook in size (which is also too bloated but at least Facebook is storing photos and text for browsing convenience). All iPass does is make it easier to log into wifi hotspots, and it doesn't even do a good job at that half the time. There is simply no justification I can see for this bloat, so I'll be deleting this promptly.

Why is this app storing more than 250MB of data? And there is no way to turn that off?

I frequently travel the all of the us and Canada this app was terrible for my company!

Username not allowing slash

The username field is not allowing the slash symbol"/", which is request by my institution using Kerberos authentication (username/instance). So now I cannot login or use this app.

Does not exclude networks

This tool does not work on networks that require a unique login. When setting the network to exclude the network it is not excluded. This makes logging in impossible. I had to delete iPass to actually log into an excluded network. Now to be fair works great on things like gogoinflight where it is set up to work. Please make exclude actually work.

Wasted $10 on a wifi plan for I flight service, had problems activating software, so they billed me again to fix it! Still doesn't work.

I am surprisingly pleased. Just used this on two flights and worked flawlessly. Customer support was excellent. I had problems setting this up on my iPad. Probably my fault. The stumbling block was the company email which was not accepted. They helped me set it up without having to use the company email. Both Chat and phone support were friendly and as I said, very helpful. I had no hold time waiting for them to answer.
