HomeScan is unreal!
Home Searcher in Iowa
The HomeScan feature on this APP is like nothing I've ever seen. Just hold the phone up, look through the camera and if a house is for sale a little bubble pops up in the direction you're looking. Have no idea how they are doing this, but it's cool.

Great App!!! I have been able to work more efficiently because my clients drive around the neighborhoods that they want to be in exactly and they start the App and they see what's available and then call. It's that simple!!! Kudos to Iowa Realty!!! Great Job!!

Decent start. Returns results and has good amount of results. Needs to save search settings, display estimated payments and a few other tweaks to make it as usable as other apps, however. Each time you get directions or leave screens your search is started over. Get it as usable as the site.
Confusing!

Just like Iowa Realty's new website this app is confusing! In searching for 4 bedroom in Des Moines or West Des Moines (can you even search multiple cities at one time? There is no direction) the top home that came up was $170,000 which obviously not all of the inventory available. I'm giving up.
