Absolutely the worst app ever, or close to it. Won't save searches, says is have ZERO results, and I am looking for a lake home....but I go to Zillow and come up with daily alerts and have no troubles whatsoever. This app is an EPIC FAIL, and is in NO WAY user friendly!
Doesn't work with iOS 8.0.2

The app worked fine until I updated my system to iOS 8.0.2. Now it crashes within seconds of opening the app. This issue definitely needs to be addressed!

Does not let you narrow search to multiple towns at once, constantly refreshes on it's own and resets all the time. Starts over each time you exit.

Either Iowa realty has poor time managers for agents, or this app is not updated and/or not proofread. Lack of accurate information has lead me to drive around for hours searching for open houses only to find one where the agent is not there. Wasted 3 hrs of my day today! Not going to list my home with Iowa Realty even if they were to do it for free!!!
