Buggy app

Trying to log in and the app won’t load the keyboard. When I click the web button below I get a session timeout error.
Difficult to navigate

Nothing in this webmail is easy to find or use. Can’t seem to find how to move spam email addresses to whitelist.

Slow and after putting in info there is no continue button; I get to just stare at the information I put in with no where to go next. 1and1 is notorious for being slow even o their desktop site it takes forever.
Cheap but your what you pay for

I went with this company based on price. I'm not angry at them but the app doesn't work 100% and neither does the PC abased editor. Both will sometimes land you back to their main website in Germany

This is just a repackaged website. I wish there was more native functionality. Not much faster than just logging on through safari.

They been charging me a particular price for the last for five years now they just jumped it from $79 to $239 and they said they’re willing to go down to 159 makes no sense now they lose all the business
