It’s okay

Was working but not any more

Txofie

App was working fine when I downloaded it a few weeks ago, but all of a sudden everything is in German and it doesn't recognize my user name & password. Tried deleting the app and down loading it again, but it is still in German. Called the phone support line and they didn't know how to fix it. Ended up deleting the app. Went from a 4star to a 1star. If you fix this, would be happy to use it again!

Not at all useful

yomikey

Needed to remove auto renew on domain. In app there is a disable link. I spent 3 minutes trying to activate that link and kept getting "copy | lookup | share" instead of being able to do what I needed. Had to go back to web version and do it there. Not a working app.

Easy to use

I really appreciate one&one’s product. I’m a rookie at webpage design, but I feel that one&one provides services that are intuitive to use for the uninitiated. I have a great website that I’ve made using their services. My business has gone up and I’m in control.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Signed up for a throwaway domain name. A year later, they attempted to auto-bill my expired credit card $15 for a 2nd year of service. When that didn’t work they tacked on another $18 fee and forwarded my account to a collections agency. Dealing with these guys is a nightmare.

Lackadaisical like most 1&1

Features are very clunky. E.g. I can t mark all my notifications as read (I have to actually open them all)... Seriously?!? That’s just the tip of the iceberg.

To many prompts for ratings

This app works, but prompts and prompts until you rate it. I rated it.

Good webhosting on the cheap

Footfixer

This is my first crack at doing a website. After a little bit of a learning curve using the editor I think I’ve got a decent little site. The templates look great but all are kinda similar in a lot of ways. You can enter HTML if needed, and there’s a developer mode for advanced users. Extra features tend to be at extra cost; my .99¢/mo site only includes one email address for example. Search engine optimization is another added cost item but seems reasonable for what gets done. I used a third party site to register my domain, so if I need to move the site it should’ve too hard. All told I think there’s pretty good value here. You pretty much can’t lose.
