Was Working Fine Until 12-10-2016 Update

Prior to the 12-10-2016 update, had no issues whatsoever, local or remote. After update, no remote live streaming, just get an error message regarding camera connection and video quality. Cameras will not connect to my 5G network, ..... I think they did prior to this latest upgrade.

Since the most recent app update I'm having issues with events. Only a few of any of the total number of events for the day will load.

Disappointing ★✰✰✰✰ one star app needs work!‼!❗Pull to refresh does not refresh recent events. Shows only day-old data, not recent events. Search on today's date brings up more recent events -- but too often cannot play back these events. Realtime monitor works, but recent events do not work! Bought two of these iON the Home Wi-Fi cameras to use as "baby monitor" for 93 year old. Initially, from day one, only one camera worked. Followed all the same instructions, but the second camera took 10 tries and four resets over three days before it would even pair. INCOMPETENT tech support said "call your ISP" and would not even suggest how to get the ION the Home camera to connect. Please fix the app, or the back-end database, so recent events will show up, and be played back. Others have reported the same problems. Currently, the app is too unreliable.

The camera is a disaster. I set it up to keep an eye on my cat while I'm traveling. The camera is now showing as "offline" but it is capturing and recording events. How can it be offline yet still recording events and uploading them to the cloud? Ion support never even got back to me after I emailed them. Avoid this product and app!

Quit pissing me off

I could literally copy and paste the other review! Unreliable and IMO...useless. Bought to monitor the babies in their room...not worth it. Live viewing never works. I have to record and then view to see what is going on. Support? Not sure they even exist. Sent several emails with no luck.

If you enjoy a security camera that is constantly offline that you cannot monitor your home while your away then this app is for you otherwise keep far away from this app very undependable.

Haha very funny love this game

Since doing the latest IOS update I’m no longer getting event notifications. Last ION update I see is 7 month ago.
