Don’t waste your time! Images are 30sec late. Audio is horrible. 6 months later, camera just stopped connecting and customer service is a message no one ever answers. Waste of money

Return your camera and don’t download this waste of time app. None of it works. Camera can record a video but you’ll never see a live stream in this app. Sometimes the camera randomly resets itself. Maybe it downloaded a firmware update? Who knows. Just move along. These aren’t the apps your looking for.

If you enjoy a security camera that is constantly offline that you cannot monitor your home while your away then this app is for you otherwise keep far away from this app very undependable. Just a waste of money. Sad how companies make crap like this I'm sure they'll be out of business.

Stopped Working

Ever since I updated my iOS the live feed on the app stopped working. I was using it as a baby monitor and it was patchy at best even when it was working. Annoyed because we bought a two pack.

Easy to install and run

The whole process end-to-end (from creating an account to provisioning the camera to viewing events) took less than 5 minutes. The user interface is slick and intuitive. The events can now be viewed on multiple devices (I have tried iPad, iPhone and web). There are several features I have not tried as yet: for example, Push to Talk and live recording. I will provide an updated review once I try those. So far, it has worked like a charm.

They seem to have had a hiccup on their servers last week. Everything is restored now and it continues to work well. I have the camera installed overlooking my driveway. I get to know who is coming a few seconds before the family member / visitor rings the doorbell!

Worst camera support app ever

Can't believe the slowness and lack of connectivity. You have one job? I can't believe I am saying this, but take a hint from Belkin or D-link. Neither of those are great, but they look designed and work like native apps comparatively to yours. How does this even make it into the store??

Terrible app. Camera won't register

Tried and tried to get the camera to register with the phone. Camera will send motion notifications. Camera acts like it will register.... Solid blue light. The app refuses to connect to the camera. Tried it on various wifi connections. Still the same fault. This thing is going back to Radio Shack for a refund. Don't waste your time. Crap.
