It keeps tryin to make me buy the thing and I can’t even get it off the screen it so annoying I would rate it better if that wasn’t here it’s not even free

Right when I open the app it says to get the pro version but I don’t and it doesn’t let get out of that screen

I paid for the annual subscription to the pro package on March 9, 2018, and I used the application for a while for promo videos. After a few weeks I log into the app and I no longer have access to the pro package. I paid for an entire year subscription on March 9th and as of April 8 I have no access to the pro videos. I emailed asking for assistance they responded back asking me to refresh my purchases in the app which I did, but I still have no access. After five emails asking for help or refund I get absolutely no response. Don’t pay for the service at all because they’ll take it away and not refund you or give you the services you paid for. Terrible service because you get no service. Update 5/26/18- I did the update, restored the previous purchases and... NOTHING! I can’t even use the app at all. It asks me to start the free trial and still nothing. I’m expecting the weekly charges even though I already paid for the year... still no response from anyone responsible for this app. So they’re terrible from my perspective.

So I downloaded this app and every time I open it, it shows an offer for a free subscription but it doesnt let me exit it? It could just be me being dumb but I've been trying for a little bit now to get t off my screen and it won't go away and if I close the app and reopen it, it's still there.

I don’t know if this is a problem for everyone, but I can’t even access the app. the second I open it there is a pro feature subscription with no way to exit it. Can’t give a full review of the app.

so i downloaded the app and everyyyy time i try to try out the free things a subscription pops up for pro.. IF YOU WANTED ME TO BUY EVERYTHING ON THE DAMNED APP, CHARGE TO DOWNLOAD IT TOO!!
