Horrible Service! – Intro + 3D Movie Trailer Maker Review

I paid for the annual subscription to the pro package on March 9, 2018, and I used the application for a while for promo videos. After a few weeks I log into the app and I no longer have access to the pro package. I paid for an entire year subscription on March 9th and as of April 8 I have no access to the pro videos. I emailed asking for assistance they responded back asking me to refresh my purchases in the app which I did, but I still have no access. After five emails asking for help or refund I get absolutely no response. Don’t pay for the service at all because they’ll take it away and not refund you or give you the services you paid for. Terrible service because you get no service. Update 5/26/18- I did the update, restored the previous purchases and... NOTHING! I can’t even use the app at all. It asks me to start the free trial and still nothing. I’m expecting the weekly charges even though I already paid for the year... still no response from anyone responsible for this app. So they’re terrible from my perspective.
