Bad Service • Do not recommend!!!

I should read comments before. I tried different times to direct deposit to my beneficiary’s bank account and beneficiary should fill out a form to be able do it this way. It was done that way and any way my transaction was cancelled one and other time. The company I use did not ask for forms and direct deposit is in minutes I use it for years. USEND told me to try pick up money service and sent it like way USEND took my money from bank but the beneficiary when to pick up every day during 4 days and never appear the money on bank system. beneficiary showed to bank my receipt from USEND and email with pin and checked the system one more time and any transfer show up. I had to call explain the issue to USEND’s customer service. I did not get any explanation why they did not pay. I cancelled the Order and I hope to see my money on the bank. Pretty bad service from USEND I did not recommended.

My name is justin, i tried using this app i am now frustrated, broke and dis not manage to get it done. Last week i started a transfer they requested a series of documents. Transfer was never completed. So they told Me to make changes and re send. I did transfer never completed was also cancelled leading into this week. By now i was 1600 dollars out of one card, still dis jot received them back. So they are all like no just send it cash pick up be done in a second. Since they maxed out one card used another, then they proceeded to ask me for my od again, picture of my card, picture of my electric bill, i complied. TRANSFER WAS NEVER SENT... now on top of them having pictures of all my cards my id, home bills they also wanted a screenshot of my cellphone.... DONT USE USEND ITS NEITHER SAFE, OR FAST OR GOOD AT EXCHANGE RATE, THIS HAS DEFINITELY HAS BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE SENDING MONEY OVER SEAS.. and ive used western union. DONT USE DONT DOWNLOAD DONT ANYTHING. I could not get a petty transfer sent and they ended up with pictures of all my sensitive information, and 2400 dollars of my money for 5 days now, and i still have not gotten it back.
Best way to send money overseas

I’ve been using this app for the past 3 years to send money from USA to Brazil and it’s the most convenient way to do it. I used to go to a store somewhere but with USEND I do everything in 1 minute. The app is easy to use and they offer great support through phone in different languages. I totally recommend it!

No avisan que van a subir la tarifa uno confiando de que solo son 4.99 y de repente lo suben así no se puede me quedo con Ria o Xoom su tarifa es más fija

BAD service ! Don't download this app, once you send money they will let you know it will take 2 business days for it to be available. Go download xoom or Remitly faster process

I made a transaction using the app, but after transferring the money to the account requested my transaction got cancelled and I can’t even login on the app. All I want is a refund so I can move on to another app

I tried to send money to Peru and the money was taken from my account, but never delivered. After 5 calls (no call back) and 3 emails (no response) I have decided to cut my losses. And I can guarantee they will respond to this complaint with the same generic, copy and paste message on everybody else’s bad review.

Eu enviei U$ 100 há 3 dias, e ainda não caiu na conta. Ja tentei ligar para o suporte e ninguém atende. Para tirar o dinheiro da minha conta, me ligaram em segundos (Javier), mas para resolverem isso, não consigo contato. Não recomendo! Um golpe!!!
