Bad Service • Do not recommend!!! – Inter Global Review

I should read comments before. I tried different times to direct deposit to my beneficiary’s bank account and beneficiary should fill out a form to be able do it this way. It was done that way and any way my transaction was cancelled one and other time. The company I use did not ask for forms and direct deposit is in minutes I use it for years. USEND told me to try pick up money service and sent it like way USEND took my money from bank but the beneficiary when to pick up every day during 4 days and never appear the money on bank system. beneficiary showed to bank my receipt from USEND and email with pin and checked the system one more time and any transfer show up. I had to call explain the issue to USEND’s customer service. I did not get any explanation why they did not pay. I cancelled the Order and I hope to see my money on the bank. Pretty bad service from USEND I did not recommended.
