Pretty awful application

This app is a bit of a dumpster fire. I was not able to install the profile, and never got the app catalog to show up so I could install the necessary Boxer app for email. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times, and now it just gives me an odd login screen asking for a Group ID, username and password. If you are a corporate email administrator, please have mercy on your employees and go for a different solution.


Only provided access to 1 month of e-mail

As the application provides access to only e-mail messages sent and received in the last month, I still have to login to my computer to retrieve information prior to this date.


Buggy and Inconvenient

I used this app to access my work email on my personal phone. I’m not sure if it’s the app developers’ fault or my company’s, but the device management profile I have to download to get this access constantly asks for permission to install 10 apps that I don’t need. I was able to turn this off once, but the device management profile recently asked me to change my expired iPhone password. I deleted the device management profile and then this buggy and inconvenient app. There has to be a better way to securely access my company email account, NBC.

I need this app for work, to be able to instal email. I’ve tried to download the app 10 times! I’ve restarted the phone 2x still no luck, I get a blank screen... it says downloading for 2 secs then nothing


Can't log in!

I mistyped the server, and now I'm stuck on the login screen and can't go back! I've tried closing the app, looked in settings for a reset, and Uninstalled the app. But it still brings me back to this same login screen! Please put some sort of reset somewhere! I'm missing valuable time with work content!

After I deleted the management profile, the app is still showing that I’m enrolled. I also have no way to re-enroll from the app. Even if I delete the app and management profile. Installing the app will just automatically log me back in and not able to install the management profile again. I’d give a zero star if possible.


ABSOLUTE GARBAGE APP

It won’t even load the home screen for me (iphone 11 Pro max), and now I can’t get to my work email. This company and/or group of people who were responsible for developing this abomination of a so-called “application” need to apply themselves to other occupations immediately. It is truly an embarrassment that so many large companies rely on this absolute trash, as a toddler could have written a code that functions better.
