I had this app on my old phone and immediately noticed that my battery life decreased dramatically. (Less than 5% before noon.) Just got a brand new phone, battery life was amaaaazing - until I put this app back on. Now it’s killing my battery life as fast as it was on my old phone.

My email, and my email automatically wanted to fill, but tapping anywhere on it made it disappear, so kinda frustrating.

Ever since this program switched over push notifications no longer come through my work email. It is very frustrating having to go in and pull down to refresh all the time. Before the emails came right through. I think the developers should take a look at all the comments and begin to make a fix for all the listed problems this app has.

I cannot get past the stage of downloading this app. Nothing opens, just keeps sending me back to open it. Not happy

how does one delete the 5&Dime and Self Service app when click and holding the X doesn’t appear to be able to delete these app ?
Constant issues

This app is one of the most user unfriendly apps out there. Constant issues for the past year, constantly getting logged out and losing access. If I could, I’d give it zero stars.

I installed this at the direction of our IT department, along with some other apps for enterprise email access. Recently, I noticed I was having issues with my mobile email access and my battery was draining insanely fast, even with all apps closed. My battery settings didn’t identify Hub as the culprit, but the difference was obvious as soon as I uninstalled it. I’ll avoid having this app installed as long as I can.

This app has its own brain and it decides who it wants to work for and who it doesn’t want to work for. Like the other review says ... it has errors installing a profile so basically I can’t use this app.
