Legit can’t even use the app because it pops up the premium screen and there’s no way to get out of it or use the app unless you pay. So stupid.

I only use this app to make up for the crop factors on Instagram. Now the app crashes. Often. No work around either. Restarting the phone, reinstalling the app. Nothing works. Now looking for alternatives.

AWFUL APP! I have used this app since I was just a small girl. However, it said I got a free three day trial, then it took $31 off of my debit card. I have emailed, but not gotten an email back. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

Half the time the app doesn’t work and I feel like I’m literally wasting my money. I’ve contacted them many times and they don’t refund the money I paid while the apps down. It’s a shame because when it works I love the app.

I downloaded this app years ago for FREE and after a couple years I would get pop ups asking if I wanted premium and I would always say no, and I was never charged a cent. It wasn’t until last night I went to edit a photo, no pop ups or anything, everything seemed normal. Then I woke up this morning to see an email from Apple saying I purchased a premium subscription. I never consented to this subscription and want my 5$ back. I have now cancelled the subscription and deleted the app, but this is unacceptable. I am very disappointed and expect Instasize to make this right. I’ll wait...

Got a new phone and once I redownloaded the app it won’t let me access basic features. No way to bypass the premium option. Instantly deleted the app once I found that out

They are very tricky with getting you to subscribe to a membership. They have you double click the side button when you think it’s saving your picture but it’s actually having you agree to a monthly subscription. It’s extremely misleading and not appreciated.

Frustrating to use, glitchy for the price

I paid 50 dollars for this app, all I would like to do is add texts Over photos but every time you try to click on the texts it grabs a different text box or the photo behind it, insanely frustrating for a super simple task. I’m sure other apps are better but I paid $50 so I would like to use this app. Will remove this review if the problem was fixed, tried to privately message support but got a 404 page.

I cancelled within the free trial period, and it still charged me. It’s a scam and will be reported. Get it together... look at all your horrible reviews
