Why has INRIX not been working for the last few weeks?

For the last week, Inrix has failed to load/display any traffic data. Tried logging out (couldn’t), then deleted and reinstalled the app. Still nothing. Can’t log back in. Checked Inrix’s website—maybe a server failure? Nothing but chipper propaganda. There’s a reason everyone uses Waze.

I am having issues just like everybody else with the traffic data. I emailed INRIX with an inquiry, and they responded on April 15 indicating that their servers are down and they’re working to get them fixed. I thought I’d pass it on here.

Been using this app for years and now it won’t show green or red lines for traffic conditions. So now it’s useless. Wish it could be fixed.

Not sure what is going on, but it will no longer map route to destination. Any ideas out there as to why.
