App wont work

Ive used this app for traffic for years. It stopped working for me over a month ago. I keep looking for an update but nothing. Just opens to a map, but no traffic and any place you enter is unroutable.

This program worked just fine until I made the mistake of updating it to the latest version. Now it doesn’t work at all. “If it ain’t broke, fix it until it is!”

Suddenly in March the app quit working. I have read to change location services to Always on.....but still no traffic information on map.
What happened?

I have used this for some time. When I tried to use it today, not traffic color to the routes. What happened?
Doesn’t work anymore.

Stopped working at the end of March 2020. Thanks for the great years. Was a perfect traffic app, now kaput.

This was great but now it garbage. I guess it’s back to using google maps. Since you guys are a high tech company, you should still be able to work remotely. Otherwise, just close your doors for good.
