Food entry

Heaviron

Entries seem labor intensive until it is properly set up for the food consumed. Everything else so far seems great.

Great app

Chcdnbdf

I enjoy this app and the tips it provides. It evaluates what I have consumed and let's me know what vitamins I may need to increase. It provides a lot of useful information without having to upgrade to premium for it.

The best!

I’ve tried a lot of different health apps, and this is the best! It gives you so much valuable information and the tools you need to make a genuine lifestyle change. I very rarely pay for apps and I just purchased the lifetime access. The free app is really great, but the paid is amazing! Oh and customer service is wonderful too!

Awesome App

App Conisire

I think this app is awesome!! I’m studying to be a nutritionist and all the information on here goes right along with what we’re being taught. Live is very helpful and full of insight. I like the clean set up and design of the app; makes it much more user friendly. I understand that the app is a little newer compared to some and that’s why the food database isn’t as big. Honestly, it’s not that hard to add a food anyways. My only wish is that it would sync up with my Apple Watch across all platforms to keep up with steps, workouts, etc... I’m excited to get the lifetime version when I can. All in all I think this is awesome app that will help people do more than just count macros and calories!! I plan to tell my family and future clients about it.

Excited For The Future

So I just downloaded the app a few weeks ago already loving it it’s not my main tracker since I have a Fitbit I track all my meals on there but I like the added features that this app has that Fitbit does not offer as far as nutrition tracking goes I do with that 1- my other apps would sync to it so that my fitbits workout tracking will load into it cause let’s be real I don’t have time to load that in manually and also I’ve been having a hard time changing my calorie goal it just calculated a calorie goal based on my height age and weight and gave me 2800 calories I train intensely and that includes an intensive diet I won’t eat more than 1800 a day I would like to know if I can change that goal in the app and if so how!? Thanks so far y’all still rock hoping you develop even bigger soon I’d love to see some compatibility between Apple and Fitbit products!!

Love this app

I have a Garmin hr activity tracker but I love this app because I can track what I eat. It lets me know that I am eating too much of something, too little of something else, and just to much of everything. So it helps me to adjust my diet. I also love that I can track my water intake since I really hate water and like to think that maybe I drank enough when I really did not. I love the tips on nutrition and I am finding it very useful. I have only had it for about a week and I have already lost 3 lbs. My goal is to lose weight and the logging and tracking has really helped me.
