They charge a good amount of money for the classes, and this is the app they want to be known by? Complete bollocks. It’s a web app wrapped in a shell, not a full mobile app. And it’s quite buggy on top of that. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I can not believe this app was actually approved by Apple. As part of the discharge process for the birth of our child, my wife and I were required to watch a series of videos on this app, via a hospital-provided iPad. This app was atrocious - hitting “play” on the video generally did absolutely nothing, sometimes requiring us to tap 20+ times before it actually would play. Half the time, once we successfully triggered it to play the video would then load/buffer forever. This was a nightmare for sleep deprived new parents.

We were told to use this app to watch videos for a childbirth & newborn care class. The GUI is terrible (who built this??) and the functionality is worse. After clicking Play on videos 20-30 times with nothing happening, we found that if you expand the video to full screen it actually loads. Yep first time it loaded, it played without sound, so we had to start over. The second time it loaded, it caused the app to overload and close. The third time, we were able to watch about 12 seconds before it shut down the whole app again. Such a waste of time.

How can it be this unusable?

I read the reviews but I figured why not try it? I registered, created my profile and logged in. Now the app just tells me the following error when accessing My Dashboard: "Sorry, we were unable to find a match for that search term or category, please try again."

Cannot watch videos!

We have not been able to watch any videos off of this app yet. Is there a solution to this? This is very frustrating when you set time apart with your partner to go through the lessons and watch the videos. Please fix.

The content in this app, such as the information about pregnancy, labor, and birth, is very good. However the app appears to be a poorly constructed mobile browser that leads to a mobile site which does not function on the poorly constructed browser. For example, you can click “view the pdf worksheets” and the app will open the pdf worksheets with in the app. You cannot export them, nor can you scroll to the second page even. So, you can’t even screen shot them. Then there are other options like “start session.” If you click on that, nothing happens. Immediately below that is “report a problem.” If you click on that, nothing happens. Consequently, the app is completely useless. It was designed to let you access mobile content, but it does not function to access that content, making the entire program useless.
