If your health educator has provided you with more than one “Understanding” web app, they can all be opened with this Quick Launcher. (Requires inputting a redemption code upon first use of each web app.)
Security & Privacy:
• The Quick Launcher and web app are free of ads and in-app purchases.
• All user information is private and not shared.
• You will not have access to the “Understanding” web app unless you have been given a redemption code by your healthcare provider, educator, nurse, or facility.

This app is pure laziness. The developers managed to create a simple shell of an app that serves a webpage. The experience is much worse than using the website. Apple should remove apps like this from the store.

The only thing I’ve used so far is the “feeding” feature, which resets itself and then disappears every time I close my phone. Do not see much point in continuing on to further frustration ??

Issues Non intuitive navigation. Buttons sometimes doesn’t work ( why they are visible and not disabled?) Requires login all the times. Permanently crashes on iPhone XS To play video you need to press million buttons. Asks for donation before showing content, that is a very bad idea. Not clear how to play next video. Why not just auto play. Unfortunately I became really angry while using app. My recommendation is to move all videos to YouTube in a play list and delete this version of app. This way you will earn more money and make people happier.

Went through all the quizzes and lessons and when I got to end it went blank. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded and it still is just a white screen.

I had a code to redeem an account. App kept asking me for it every time I launched it. Audio files never worked. Pages don’t appear right on the phone. Frustrating app... ended up deleting it.
Doesn’t work

I was really excited to use this app. But it does not work. I used it for about 5 minutes and deleted it from my phone. I couldn’t even get through the first video. It kept giving me an error message and once the video played, there was no sound and it disappeared about a second in.

I had this app for all of 2 minutes. After reading so many negative reviews, I wanted to give this app a try. I attempted to watch introductory video and the app crashed twice. Therefore, I’m not going to bother doing anything else with the InJoy Health app. Bummer.
