That was a detailed simulation of extracting a hangnail. My favorite part was squeezing the pus out. Worth the buck for hangnail enthusiasts. My girlfriend loved it, too!

The design was good. Great graphics, the procedures were pretty exact. But you do the same thing over and over again, or so it seems. I liked it. However there could be more to it. But not really a game for anyone squeamish about blood or puss or anything. It isn't that bad though. I would say it was worth the dollar I paid.

How does Apple review these pieces of junk? I wish Apple would force software writers to be held accountable for the purchase prices and allow customers to get refunds. Shame on the developer.

I love this gam and play it all the time and i would rate it 5 star but ever since i updated it, it will bring me to the company name for a few seconds then return me to my homepage. Very sad :( please fix.

It's a good app but if your looking for an app that has a point to it then don't get. Over all its pretty good but u do the same thing over and over again. But I still thing it's worth 0:99
