As someone who's thoroughly enjoyed watching ingrown toenail removals, this wasn't really satisfying at all. The quality is relatively poor, you don't really execute the actions, and the sound was only good in that the clipping of the toenail provided a good crunch. Otherwise, not worth a buck.
