I just got my phone and when I open this app the border are black screens (because they didn’t want to redesign it for a X) and don’t get any notifications even though it’s on for it. This app needs major improvements

The app needs to be updated in order to work properly with the new ISO updates!!! App no longer sends notifications although all settings are to do so. PLEASE update ASAP.

I have my settings to allow app notifications which worked on my iPhone 6. Since upgrading to an iPhone 8, and the app has permission to send notifications, they no longer come through. Many others’ reviews mention this exact problem. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP TO AMEND THIS ISSUE.

I’ve had this app before and it worked but when I deleted In in the summer and got it back when school started, it doesn’t work it doesn’t send me alerts on my grades

I have my notifications all set to on within the app’s settings and within my iPhone’s settings and I get ZERO notifications for any of my 3 children. I have cellular data turned on. Please address this issue.
