Downloaded the app becauseI thought it will be easier to check in through app. But it wouldn’t let me select my date of birth hence couldn’t complete the check in.

A joke of an app in my opinion. OTP does not show up on US phone number, despite choosing US in country list. Can’t access app, reservation does not show up...customer service is non-existent...chat service is prompt but useless, cannot solve any issue...keep apologizing and referring to customer service email. No response from latter. Terrible service!

Worthless for repeat travel.
Do not expect to rely on this app for travel. Budget airline did not spend enough of their budget on app development and operation. Login NEVER consistently works. Utter garbage. Even with the most recent update or in the previous versions, the login/OTP generated does not work and constantly returns an error message. Have to use the app as a guest and manually enter the PNR each time. What’s the point in having an account and app? To Indigo Airlines- figure it out, Indigo! Your flights are not half bad but there is plenty of competition out there for routes. Passengers have other options to fly so, figure it out, Indigo.
