There is sign in/register option for the user. This is the basic support user expects.

Can’t book

Won’t let me book a train trip tickets because my account is foreign account. It’s frustrating for foreigner to visit India if they can’t book train tickets. Which should have been simplest task becomes overwhelming task. Now need to look for someone else to book it for us. Very disappointed. Please fix this problem.

Crap- Not reliable live train data

Saw on multiple instances the live train status is incorrect. Highly misleading app. Avoid. Use the genuine ntes app.
