I had to use this app for a company challenge, which is auto synced to my Fitbit and my steps are not accurate. They’ve decreased automatically for no apparent reason, customer service is slow in responding. This has happened 2x already within 2 weeks.

Awful response times, description and customer service

My spouse's company moved to this new "easier" process. It turns out this organization links their documents to their sharepoint sire which is not accessible. If I have a single visit it always gets denied up to a week later with a non helpful descriptive rationale. If you need to track this I suggest using another vendor.
Not worth it.

This app is garbage, does not upload points for screenings you get. Challenges can easily be cheated through. Horrible app.

When money is on the line, it is critical for the application to work. This one simply doesn’t. Wish I could give less than one star. The customer service is trash too.
Lousy app - cannot attach receipts

The developers of this app have likely done no actual testing on attaching order receipts. The app only allows pictures for the receipt but a receipt is often multiple pages. Especially if you need to capture customer name and date of order

For the first month or so using the app, it was working fine, I could check in to my gym fine and it would track my steps at the end of the day, but now, the main page won’t load. Now that I am solely relying on tracking my steps and not checking in to a gym, it claims there is a connection timeout. I have good signal, so it can’t be on my end. It’s been pretty inconsistent recently and I won’t be able to accumulate any points. Very disappointed.
Says Account Doesn’t Exist

I created an account earlier this year and have been using it for a month. Now the app says when I try to sign in today, “Looks like you do not have an account...” Yes, it exists. But I suppose the app can no longer find the account anymore.
After logging Complete, nothing

Just downloaded the app and logged in with my companies account. Tapping Continue on the Login Complete screen, nothing happening. Sorry but it’s Useless for me.
Nice app, too many clicks to start

Our company uses this app to track fitness check in for reimbursement. Works well, could be better. There are too many clicks needed each time you check in (4). How many fitness facilities can a person use? If more than one, have a list (history). The tracking feature should work just as it does now.
