Pin problems

The new pin/fingerprint function doesn't work well with the Public setting. It gets hung up and can't ask you to log back in after a session times out. You then have to go back and disable the pin to be able to use the app.

This app is an absolute joke, it is a worse alternative to the Apple version( which is awful) it feels like a scheme to see how stupid the public is

I like the app but here's a problem that keeps me getting frustrated. Every time I come back to check mail I can't open my messages.

I used to use this app all the time. The last time my network password changed I was prompted to change it in the app. I entered my new password, but the only option was to cancel, not save. Clicking "cancel" does nothing. I'm now stuck with a popup box to enter my new password but no way to save it or close the box and get back to my account. This app is now completely useless.

Don't waste your money

Just paid $7 for this app and found out it doesn't allow push notifications nor the ability to create calendar events. Completely useless for a work setting. Can I get a refund?


Perfect Outlook App !

I have read the other reviews discouraging this app. I have had a very positive experience with this app all the way around. I was also a Mail+ user previous to getting this app. And have no regrets after switching over. I find Inbox Pro to be reliable, simple, and full featured. It does everything I did with Mail+ and in some ways BETTER ! For the people who have had issues with password change and system errors... I had the password change issue as well, but it was easily resolved by just going to account settings immediately after starting the app and doing the full login setup again, before the password box pops up (you just have to be quick). That is the only issue I have encountered and it was simple to resolve. Thanks to the developers of this app !... good job !

Waste of money

I am forever getting "There is a system error. Please try again." This happens regularly when I try to log into my work email account. Can't believe it doesn't work and it's a $10 app. I want my money back. This app never works and customer support hasn't bothered to respond.

You need to fix the password update pop up window. You can't update the password without deleting the app and then reinstalling it!!! Please fix
