I love that when I logged into the app, it also showed me the barcodes for everyone else on my account automatically when I swipe side to side. I can also now update my billing and make payments without having to meet with someone at the club. It still has great information, like the group fitness schedules! Great update.
First thing I noticed in the new app is that you can’t add classes to your iPhone calendar. In the previous apps you were able to clip a link to add it, I really like that feature. Please bring it back.
Always has an error picture when trying to click the WOW option. The old version was better.
This app is not as good as the old one. I don’t see what the improvement is. For instance I can’t figure out how to add a class to my calendar. It just seems harder to navigate.
In the old app you could pick your locations and the types of classes you are interested on. At one screen for a given day, you can see the location, time, and who is the instructor!
Can’t add workouts to the calendar like before. It really ruins my day when I have to switch back and forth between apps and try to remember what class I wanted to do.
Would be great if this app was also available on the Apple Watch so that I can check-in without having to take my phone with me.
This is the 3rd app I’ve been asked to download for this gym in the last year that I’ve had my membership. Pros: ease on eyes. Seems user friendly after I’ve navigated around. Cons: too many clicks to get things accomplished that is time waste!!! I’m unable to select option to add class to my cellular calendar. I am unable to invite friends to classes. Not a customer friendly app when navigating locations to see class options at different local gyms. Overall: I’m disappointed. This app doesn’t have the features that make for an easy transition for the customer. I don’t think that the impact to customer time was carefully considered when this app was released to replace the other one. How can an organization release a product to customers that require more clicks and navigation throughout to complete simple tasks? Does the organization understand this app isn’t effective for people who live on schedules? I expect more quality and thought into the apps riot to the release. My money and time is valuable, Inshape is the highest priced gym of the competitors and at this point I don’t feel that I am getting what I pay for with regards to the use of products and services from InShape.
