Any and everything you can think of I believe they have. I’ve had this app when it was 1.99. I’ve told so many about this app.... I absolutely love it!!

This is a great app in general but if you could talk about fiber types(type 1 and 2 ) for each muscle, which exercises hit the muscle best and back it with emg studies would be nice and some exercises such as the deadlift work muscles you didn’t mention like your back it could also be nice if you could explain if it is a concentric eccentric or isometric contraction as well as some conditioning workouts but I haven’t looked to far into this so it is mostly good so far I personally would watch you tubers along with this like athlean x to get a better understanding of the muscle and not just rely on this app but I stand with 4 out 5 stars

I am in LOVE with this app. In addition to learning more about how the human body works, it shows you exercises to do to work a variety of different muscles. (Shows stretches too.) My boyfriend is a massage therapist and he reviewed the app and told me that the information in it was correct. He said that he wished he had known about this app when he was going through school because it would have made learning a lot easier. The downside is that it crashes FREQUENTLY. I have to close it and clear many time during my workout.

This is a great app but it hasn’t been updated in years. I wish they would release an iMuscle 3. This app is so old it doesn’t even show in full screen since Apple increased their phones’ screens 3 years ago.

Great app. Problem is it keeps quitting when going back to workouts with my new iPhone 12. Hope they have a fix soon! Five stars if it’s fixed.

Disappointing there is no support. All support links dead.
