I been using the app for few years now and i must say, that’s a wonderful app for training or just to learn about every muscle in your body and what they do. But I’m disappointed with the lack of apple health support and more recently the slowness. I think this app can use some graphics and speed improvements along with the Health support.

This app is exactly what I need to target, stretch & strengthen or rehab muscular injuries. Brilliant.

I haven’t actually use it yet, but I’m putting together some workouts and getting a feel for it. So far So good.

Is there a female body model in the app that I can refer to learn the muscle groups? I like the app, but am kind of disappointed that I have to use the male body as a reference, unless I am missing out on finding it in the app.

I looked into getting a personal trainer however where I live it is a very expensive area and personal trainers are $100 an hour. I found this app and was really happy because I get to make over a dozen different workouts which I rotate so that I don’t work out the same muscle groups every day but I feel like I get a great work out because I can target my work out to specific muscle groups. It is totally worth the money to pay for this app as I am not having to pay personal trainer and I don’t need someone else to motivate me .

Exactly what I was looking for. If any developers are reading this: an enhanced zoom/interface for the exercises would be great and adding more exercises that target specific muscles would be fantastic.
