How to fix the app problem

Hi I had done update 12 on my I pad air 2 and the app wouldn’t open so I did a system restore on it through iTunes and it worked you just have to fix it
Can't hear sound

Ok camera but has glitches. Can't hear any sound when l press the noise button. Fix this

Not sure what happened, it has worked for us for almost 5 months and then out of no where yesterday it shows my camera is connected but I get a black screen that just spins forever and never loads. Looks like I am not the only one who has had this issue. ?

This is a nice app. If I don’t have SD card inserted, what does it mean by local/online on video tab? Does it save in phone? If yes, why can’t have functionality to save alarm locally. Is it possible?
Great at first and now won’t connect
Crashes Occasionally
Worked great before and now won’t connect to my WiFi after having moved AND completed all the trouble shooting - nothing works. No connection.

My family has had the cameras for about 1-2 years now and they still work perfectly! We have used them for so many things in the house and it made it so much easier to see things around the house. It has even prevented a dog in our house from getting injured. Now we have a puppy and use it more than ever. Thanks you so much for the amazing app and camera. ?
Can't access sound or microphone

Ever since iOS 11 the sound (mic) button has been broken. Taking it crashes the app 100% of the time. No support for over a year. Do not buy this camera/app.
