Local video transfer

How can I download the videos that have been stored “locally”. I do not have an SD Card installed yet, but I have a bunch of videos that I assume are stored on the camera’s memory? I need to transfer the the local videos to my phone as a saved file. Also I want I to know why your app keeps attempting to access my Apple ID. I’ve already contacted Amazon and Apple about this.
Camera Doesn’t Notify in iOS 11.3

The camera does not notify you of motion I. iOS 11.3 , no matter if you turn on motion , action with alarm, and notification is iOS 11.3. Please fix!!!!!

I kept telling friends family how great this camera/app is but recently it keeps doing things to change my thoughts. The biggest issue is im no longer getting notified on my phone after I have clicked on the alarm settings it has always worked and I haven’t changed anything and I can’t find anywhere to fix this?

Every time I try to use the microphone, the app shuts off. This is extremely inconvenient.

For the price of this camera on Amazon, and the ability to send motion activated pictures to my email, this camera is great.

I haven’t had any problems! The app is working great with the camera. I can access anytime. Setup was easy and using is simple. I have an iPhone X.

The app works great viewing but when I record through the app the file gets saved onto the app. There is no way to transfer the file to the phone. Could you fix this please. Also when I view without Wi-Fi on there is always a pop up. So annoying

I’m so mad because this was working fine up until I had to reboot my router. When I tried to set it up again, it wouldn’t find the WiFi, even after I hit the reset and uninstalled/re-installed. Now I have two cameras that don’t work.

I think a lot of these reviews are older....I just set up my camera yesterday, downloaded the app and easily connected. So far everything is working perfectly, I’m using it to keep an eye on my dogs when I am at work. Love it!
