It uses the accelerometer and the camera view to simulate a laser level cross on the screen. No matter how you tilt your device the laser level cross will always be straight up.
Needless to say, the device can not send out laser beams, so the app can never compete with real laser level tools.
This is a nice app. However I can not get the cross lines to intersect in the middle of the screen on the iPhone4 (AT&T). The lines are on the far left and the bottom of the screen which makes it a little hard to check the level of an item. Please fix or let me know if I am missing sometype of setup. Thanks!
Good idea but doesn't work very good. Didn't expect much for free. Nice idea though.
It seems that the cross point of the the red line is out of focus. It's always out of the screen and there is no way to move to the center or any other desirable spot on the screen. Please fix it.
But this app needs to actually work right like it shows in the pictures. Then it'll get 5 stars.
Mine is off by a few degrees. As for not putting the lines in the middle, i think the idea was to use the very bottom or side of your screen as the line. It's annoying though.
There is no way that I can find to get the crosshairs in the center of the screen as shown in the pics. If it did what it was supposed to do, I might like it. The idea is decent, though
Either i don't know what this is for(which i don't think i do. i think its just a leveling tool) or its broken. And reading other reviews i think it is. So fix this please. But thank you for making me feel smart(:
The cross hairs are a little jittery- I have to wait a second for them to get their bearings, but once they do, they work really well! I have a iPhone 4 and haven't had any of the problems reported by other iPhone users. Being a free application, I think it's worth downloading!
