Had no idea how to use this app.

This app is the complete opposite of intuitive. All I want to do is to be able to "flip" through the current catalog on my phone or computer, no bells or whistles needed. Needlessly over-engineered.

Keeps forcing me to infinitely update even though am at latest version. Major bug in detecting versions. Completely unusable until that is resolved.

Millennial opinion - I just want to see the new products in unique living spaces. I don't want to tap a room type then tap 12 different boxes to see each room, then scroll up and down in each example room to see products and videos. Ideally, I would swipe from right to left to go to the next space ( you know like a catalog) and videos would automatically play, and I could see everything. Minimize taps, create a better experience.

There's no freaking index of products. This is supposed to be a catalog!!! Do you even know what a catalog is? What it means to "catalog" something? Deleting this a whole 5 minutes after installing it.

I just wanted to flip through a "catalog" and see new products and ideas! If I wanted to click around to look for products I'd just browse your website.

This 'catalog' is awful. For one: to call it a catalog is misleading. Yes, you can view a selection of their products but it is hard to navigate, especially when you are anticipating a typical book-style catalog. If you just want to browse their products, don't expect to be able to do it with this. They took something seemingly simple and complicated it to the point of being unusable. Please do not waste your time with this.

Try to view the catalog online - 1. You are prompted to download this app. 2. If you don't, have fun with the website loading errors. Fine, I'll download this app. Firstly, it's hilariously non intuitive. Secondly, what do you know? More loading errors. Just white screens when you click on things. Back to the drawing board on this one, IKEA.

I just want to "flip" through a digital version of the paper catalog. This should be that, but it is not. This is an annoying website in an app. Pointless.
