Software still needs some updates

Overall works as prescribed however, the software is slow to update and report from the device to the app. Even after device is turned off and unplugged, still showing online with probe temps. Hope future updates continue to improve functionality. Hardware seems well built and all well thought out. Pros: multiple probes - up to 3 Adjustable vents on blower for low n slow Easy setup Cons: Software

I’d honestly leave negative stars if I could. This pile of junk ruined several cooks. Shouldn’t have followed my gut and bought something else. The only way you should allow this near your grill is if you get it up to 900 degrees and toss this in the fire.

I have had the iKamand for a few weeks. It takes a bit to get used to but once you get the hang of it, it works flawlessly! The updates have been great.

The grill mode on the iKamand is epic. The controller doubles as a grill starter! I am impressed by how quickly it gets the fire going. The software keeps getting better and better. Overall very pleased with it.

I’ve had the iKamand since it’s release. I’m severely disappointed with its performance and feel lied to by the reviewers online who beta tested it. I don’t trust any of those people or Kamado Joe anymore. This device fails to hold a steady temp and I have to adjust the vents constantly. The fire gets too low, then it gets too hot. The meat probe is way off of what a manual meat probe tells me and the surface probe is 100 degrees different than the dome temp gauge. This is absolute junk and worthless. Save your money.

Wish I could give under one stars. Don’t let the positives fool you. Probably paid testers or fanboys. Returned mine after continuous problems. They should have teamed with a real company with actual experience for this app and product.

Been using iKamand since it first became available. I have had zero issues with connecting to my Wi-Fi in the house and it has been a rockstar for me. I did prep the house to give solid Wi-Fi in the yard where the grill is located.

I’ve used the ikammand for over a year now. Heard about it from a friend. This guys will be the future of kitchen. I can’t wait for them to release more products into the market. Absolutely best money I’ve ever spent this year.
