Crashes every 3 seconds

PerliraOlivares

I just downloaded it and I can’t even use it because it keeps crashing

The worst app ever created

pdseeker

This iFit app is not even up to the junk level. Useless, no customer support or interface, can not ever have worked anywhere. Shocked Nordictrack would align themselves with such a piece of junk. Sport I can’t say how I really feel without invoking censorship. I case some unfortunate customer is looking forward to using this app on a smart phone, sorry to report it only works on tablets. I can only surmise the customer service team of this sad provider isn’t aware that a “smart” device is not solely defined as a tablet. Too bad the rating system doesn’t have an idiot supplier rating.

Doesn’t work and no customer support

Jubilata

This is a terrible app. I only signed up for it because it was supposedly built in to my ProForm Fitness treadmill. It never worked and customer service never got back to me. Stay away!!

Watch

Ladyswift2486

It was promised that by upgrading to premium service I would receive a free fitness tracker band. That never came. It took my money for the app and left me with nothing. I can’t even use the app without a fitness band. Complete waste of money.

The Vue is Cheap and Wouldn’t Sync

Fasimoli

The Vue watch came free with my Pro-Form treadmill. Charged battery and tried several times to sync to iPhone and it would not. In past had Fitbit and Apple Watch and never had a sync issue. Really cheaply made. Decided to not use it and I wanted to cancel my account and could not figure how to cancel after going through Help, etc. Fortunately, I never set up a membership plan. If can’t even get to sync why would I ever upgrade, etc. No confidence in iFit.

Doesn’t sync to my Freestride

Kiteinthewind

Today I completed my first total workout and it won’t sync to my app. Pretty disappointed.

Love it!

Cyclingsuz

Easy to use. Hits every muscle group in a short intense workout.

It Needs Health Integration

MrMejiasBorgen

Recently, the wearable was causing the app to crash. Unpaired then paired, and now the application works, but my wearable stopped working. I will never buy a wearable from iFit again until the quality and software stability is improved. For now, I am using the app because I am paying for the service which includes good workouts and my treadmill stats, other than that, it needs Apple’s Health integration. Some people would rather use the Apple Watch or any other wearable over the VUE.

Your application on the iPhone fails when it crashes if you sign up or sign in, so I can not take advantage of it. Please find a solution to this problem.

Great App, but Syncing Issues.

BrandyVee

I have a Nordictrack X9i trainer, and an iFit Vue, and an iFit Coach Subscription. I do not have any issues with the app crashing, and the app itself is pretty easy to use. However, there is one issue that I have been experiencing since I started using this app that is a bit annoying. Opening the app and allowing my iFit Vue to sync with the app will add/log additional steps & miles that I did not take. For example, If my iFit Vue has logged 8000 steps so far, and I open the app, it will change the the amount of steps that I have taken to 20,000. And if I did a total of 3.5 miles, opening the app will add an additional 6-7 miles. And I know for a fact that I did not walk/run that much! This glitch occurs only when the app is opened and allowed to sync with my iFit Vue. Please fix this glitch, It is ruining my stats having so many achievements (achievements that I did not do) logged.
