It’s a good app, does what it says it does. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the alert notifications are to generic. The app needs more alert notification fidelity. Otherwise, no issues.

That's all I could say since I just got it, Peace of mind for now knowing I have a fighting chance to protect my identity from id theft

And it's already found a couple of problems. I highly recommend this app for monitoring your identity in order to take quick action. I'm looking forward to the next update.

I haven’t been able to sign in to my account for the past six months or so. I called today & because I had to close out my debit card last week due to it being compromised, I was told I can’t even sign in or get help to sign in to the account because my payment wasn’t processed. I was not allowed access to an account I’ve been paying for all this time. I just wanted help signing in so I could update my info but no thanks now. This service has been useless to me for the past couple of months so I just cancelled it.

It seems to be a pretty decent app. So far I have no complaints if I do I will post them.

They are always on top of everything, very helpful and professional. The app works like a charm! Definitely recommend!

Great app, and Im glad to know I have people watching out for my information. Just a few suggestions to make the app itself better • It alerts me even if there’s nothing wrong with a scan. I don’t think this is necessary — I only want to be alerted if something came up. If you want to tell me that you did a scan, I would just put a bar saying last scan date or time so I know when it was done. • the app could be cleaned up a little better with less interfaces at the bottom and more summary data on the home screen so I can get a quick glance at everything

App fails to log me in properly. I can login to the website without issue, but the app consistently tells me my information is invalid. Would not recommend!

It’s bad enough that you can only create a password between 8-15 characters. So I do the rational thing and generate a random username as well. But the log in screen reloads every time I return to the app so I can’t use 1Password to copy/paste my username and password without losing one or the other when switching from the app to 1Password and back. Very bad security practices and design for a company trying to protect my identity.
